[GRASS5] Congratulations: GRASS 5.0.0pre3 is released

Dear developers

we can proudly announce the release of GRASS 5.0.0pre3.
The new source tarball is at:
http://grass.itc.it/grass5/source/

Please create binaries from this tarball. Probably I
can get the auto-build working here (Linux and Solaris),
but time is a problem. If others are faster, I'll be
glad.

If you have a binary package available, I'll post an
upload ftp address.
