[GRASS5] [bug #1171] (grass) Undo in v.digit

Maybe I just have not found it, but then it's too well hidden. I would very much appreciate to have an undo function in v.digit, especially when deleting lines. As there are neither no (obious) method to save a coverage with a new file name or to avoid saving when quitting (hey, that's two more wishes) I have to occationally during digitizing quit v.digit, make a copy of the coverage and re-enter v.digit... Which is a bit too troublesome to be done often and then occationally causes some data loss.
