[GRASS5] new grassdoc cvs module

Just noticed that I cannot post to the list not being a subscriber.
Is it possible to hold post by non-subscribers for moderation?
This would help people like me who sometimes read the archives
and then post something.

You can also put me on the list of people allowed to post. 8-)
