In principle: yes. I will ask Thomas to help to add maybe three
simple categories to the script.

We also should add a field for the name of the GRASS version
and simplify the form in general. The background is that we want the
GRASS version number in the report if the report sits there for
a long time.

Developers familiar with the bugtracker can bypath the form and get
full power anyway, e.g. using:
