Subject: d.3d half interactive

grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 5.0pre1

One must answer three questions to finnaly reach the form screen in iteractive mode.
One should be able to pre-answer them from the command line.
But if one does that at present, that implies non-interactive mode.
Hence an additional switch is needed.

This phenomenon occurs in many grass programs.
