[GRASS5] [bug #1457] (grass) merge d.scale into d.barscale?

Subject: merge d.scale into d.barscale?

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 5.0.0

d.scale doesn't work nearly as well as d.barscale, which does almost the same thing. Maybe it should be depreciated and made into a command line flag in d.barscale? (which might then be renamed d.scale)
