Subject: the grass can not open the gui and terminates

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: Trento Italy site
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: beta distribution of "GRASS 5.0"

After starting the grass5 the following error message does appear:Error in startup script: couldn't read file "/usr/local/grass5/tcltkgrass/main/g
ui.tcl": no such file or directory
    while executing
"source $env(TCLTKGRASSBASE)/main/gui.tcl"
    (file "/usr/local/grass5/bin/tcltkgrass" line 17)
and the grass says Goodbye.
