can you look into
/usr/include/tk.h
and tell me about

#define TK_MAJOR_VERSION   
#define TK_MINOR_VERSION   
#define TK_RELEASE_LEVEL   
#define TK_RELEASE_SERIAL  

values (we can do that off-list). Then I can add the support (and you'll
test it).
