[GRASS5] [bug #1354] (grass) apropos like list needed on list of manpages

Gentlemen, consider the list of commands on grass/documents/sites.html
Would it be more helpful if you had apropos(1)-like output there [one
line descriptions] so we wouldn't have to click on each one to get an
idea of what it does.  The same goes for raster, vector...
