Subject: d.mon manpage doesn't say how to get bigger monitors

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 5.0pre1

the user should have a hint about where to learn how to make different sized monitors
right therer on the d.mon manpage.

Also man/man1/monitorcap.1 
should be in a different section than(1), because 1 is for commands.
maybe 5.  then you can write SEE ALSO monitorcap(5)
on the d.mon manpage.
