This page obviously evolved from a 4.x page... I have fixed that
sentence.
In general above page should be heavily improved for the stable
release and possibly contain a subsection:

"What's not supported in 5.0.0 but will be present in 5.0.1"
- general datum transformation support?
- initial i18N support?
- other changes waiting in CVS HEAD

This may lower potential confusion.
