[GRASS5] GRASS 5.0.0 to be released now

Hi,

before moving the packages onto the GRASS web site
I were glad if some people could take another look
at the new packages:

The extra 24-bit PNG driver is compiled now against
GD 2.x and PNG.2 *without* hardcoded paths (thanks to
Glynn to explain the tricks to me).

All packages above are generated with my build-script
without manual interaction.

Meanwhile we can renovate the grass5 page and finish the
press release.
