No, although saving the tcltkgrass PID and killing the specific
process might be worthwhile.

However, the original issue is the reverse: should quitting tcltkgrass
terminate GRASS? Certainly, that should only be done if tcltkgrass was
run automatically from the grass5 script, not if the user started it
manually from the shell.
