[GRASS5] Some discrepancies between "sites_list" and "site_lists"

Hello,

Even if the "sites" are not planned to be work on in the future, perhaps
the following should be fixed (if there is a new stable release of the
5.0 branch).

Having created, following indications in "s.in.ascii.html", a file in
"sites_list" I have realized that the file was not accessed. It's just
because the directory is "site_lists". Here is the list of files with
this typo:
