grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: all

in Mac OS X, the blas and lapack library functionality in included in the vecLib framework (they 
are both in the same framework).  So configure needs to check for '-framework vecLib' for the 
blas and lapack libs if the user wants those.

No change is needed for the headers referenced in the source code.
