r.terraflow should not be in 5.0.3, but it probably should go into 5.3.0
It is a completeley new module, not a bug fix, and it is in C++ 
The latest version (13-Jun-2003) with some fixes is at
http://www.cs.duke.edu/~laura/bin/
As far as I know, unless Markus or somebody else did it, 
this version may not have been submitted to CVS.
