[GRASS5] control characters in postgresql tutorial web page

Hello,

The "GRASS and PostgreSQL - First Steps" in
src.garden/grass.postgresql/tutorial/index.html contains control
characters that make the page look really bad (see
http://freegis.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/~checkout~/grass/src.garden/grass.postgresql/tutorial/index.html).
I'm not quite sure how to erase these characters. Could someone give me a
hint ?
