[GRASS5] v.transform bug

v.transform function (GRASS 5.0), which is translating not like GRASS 4.3 
dig_ascii vector file, but dig file:
after translating generated dig file is unplottable;
if You translate it to dig_ascii with v.out.ascii and after that with GRASS 
4.3 v.transform, and GRASS 5.0 v.in.ascii all is OK.
