grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 5.0.2

"tar xzf xtcltk-*.tar.gz" returned message xtclt-8.3.4-CYGWIN.tar.gz not foud in archive.Is there something wrong with the ecompiled biaries?
