[GRASS5] compiling r.terraflow

Hello,

It was pointed out that r.terraflow did not compile on SGI platform using
the vendor CC compiler. r.terraflow requires g++ compiler, and should
compile on all platforms on which g++ is available (i've tested only
linux, solaris, freebsd). What is the right place to document
this? ideally the configure script would check for g++ and only compile
terraflow if g++ exists, but maybe that's not worth adding just for
r.terraflow..
