There are more changes for NVIZ to arrive from Bob soon.

The question (for me) is: what is the last release of 5.0.x with
*new features*.
It were better to implement s.surf.rst with crossvalidation as
v.surf.rst with crossvalidation in 5.1 (since v.surf.rst is already
there in 5.1). Otherwise we never go ahead with the new implementation...

I feel that nobody is looking into this at time. Volunteers welcome.
