- post to various sites (see documents/release_rules.txt at bottom)
- build binaries (Linux, MacOSX, ...)
  If you are willing to contribute a 5.0.3 binary package, please 
  announce on 'grass5' list. We have an incoming/ in ftp://grass.itc.it
  to receive the package(s). I'll move them into their homes then.
