[GRASS5] closing down GRASS cleanly

I can imagine that some users might have no interest in using the
shell. In fact, I'm not entirely sure why "grass5 -tcltk" even spawns
a shell. It would seem more logical to have -text spawn a shell, and
-tcltk to just spawn tcltkgrass, possibly with a -both option if you
actually want both.
