[GRASS5] run grass at w2k?

Hi, 

sorry to ask fatuous, but is there some kind of step-by-step howto to get 
the grass binaries running under Microsoft OS - didn't see any(?) 

Look's like there is no need to mention that I'm a little bit lost finding a 
loose end to start with... ;_))
