[GRASS5] KerGIS: raster and sites added

Hello,

I have put online the alpha-2 sources of KerGIS, which now include all
the raster modules and all the sites modules (and the sites library in
its place). Complete list of available modules at the end of the
message.

This new snapshot include fixes (missing access.c for setup, compilation
warning on IRIX, a buffer overflow in v.digit) and further organization
of the _installed_ directory.

For people wanting to develop with KerGIS, there are two special
purpose sub-directories:

$GISBASE/usr/local	Reserved for local site programs

$GISBASE/opt	Reserved for third parties add-ons

KerGIS will not mess with these subdirectories. Conversely, no third
party shall mess up with the kernel i.e. KerGIS that is the rest of the
directory.

WARNING!!! The commands to the xdriver are still passed via fifos, so
you won't have a running monitor on plateforms that do not support fifos
(change to sockets is planned for June 2004).
