[GRASS5] 5.7: new tcltkgrass 4.0 uploaded

I have uploaded the new GRASS 5.7 version of tcltkgrass 4.0
into CVS (grass51/gui/tcltkgrass/).

It is the recent version from Michael Barton with a set
of changes (say, unused file removal, menu cosmetics and 
updates of the file structure). GRASS5.7-tcltkgrass is 
now automatically installed when compiling GRASS. I have 
also added a launch button into the 'd.m' display manager.

This version is the reference for any future i18N extensions,
so please send any i18N patches against the new
GRASS5.7-tcltkgrass in CVS. Then it will be easy to
apply these changes.

PS: Michael, to avoid problems and confusion let me suggest
    to remove the 5.7-tcltkgrass package from your web site
    (maybe mentioning that it has been integrated into 5.7)
