[GRASS5] [bug #2771] (grass) HTML pages not valid HTML

I bet the HTML pages are not valid. E.g.,
$ validate /usr/lib/grass57/docs/html/d.paint.labels.html
*** Errors validating /usr/lib/grass57/docs/html/d.paint.labels.html: ***
Error at line 72, character 4:  document type does not allow element "HR"
        here
