[GRASS5] updated GIS Manager

as new symbols where uploaded to the basic directory the combobox to 
choose the symbols for vector points didn't work anymore because its 
items were hard-coded.
i changed the combobox for a GSelect dialog so that changes to 
symbol/basic don't affect the GIS Manager anymore.

NOTE: the diff file also contains the diffs regarding the update of the 
toolbar due to my changes to d.zoom as they both (the changes to d.zoom 
and the corresponding changes to d.m) are not yet in cvs.
