[GRASS5] [bug #2838] (grass) web pages fail HTML validator

Try the http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/ on random GRASS
website etc. pages. Nope, doesn't pass the validator. E.g.,
tutorial's ex_basic.html ex_complex.html ...
