[GRASS5] Mac OSX startup error

This error has always shown up when TclTk is starting for GRASS. It 
still does in grass 5.3 and 5.7 with the automatic note to 'inform the 
developers'. There has never seemed to have been a problem in 
functionality, so I have largely ignored it. Perhaps it is the cause of 
the ever-growing menus and dialogs that I reported awhile back, but I 
don't know.
