Subject: cant start

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: 5.7 20040624

Grass will not run after selecting mapset and location. Error is cyggdal-1.dll not found try reinstalling. After reinstalling, the same message and result occurs.
