[GRASS5] [bug #2462] (grass) I cannnot perform the installation

This is not a bug. Read the installation instructions carefully. 
You have to specify the location of your dependent libraries such as.
./configure --with-postgres-includes='/usr/include/pgsql' --without-odbc
--with-motif --with-gdal=/usr/local/bin/gdal-config
