[GRASS5] Re: grass 5.3 and 5.7 scripts

Sorry if I  misunderstood and got it backward. As far as scripts and 
tcltkgrass are concerned, there is no reason not to release 5.3.0 as it 
is. I was thinking ahead to the final 5.4 version. I can make the 5.3 
scripts 5.7 compatible or not. Whatever works the best for all.
