[GRASS5] GRASS Newsletter - web page

Dear GRASS user, 

the GRASS Newsletter has now a web page (http://grass.itc.it/newsletter/) 
where information concerning submission of articles can be found. 

In the close future a fully grown submission page will be set up, nevertheless 
all necessary information can be found at this url. 

The GRASS Newsletter targeted a first issue in June, please submit your 
articles prior to this month.  

If you are subscribed to a national/specialized GRASS mailing list please 
forward this mail.
