[GRASS5] v.surf.rst/5.7GUI

When I choose the "v.surf.rst" from the GUI it doesn't pop up but prints in 
the terminal:

ERROR: Required parameter <input> not set:
    (Name of the vector file with input data)

Anybody having the same? Give it a bug report?
