[GRASS5] [bug #2665] (grass) v.to.sites and v.surf.rst fail near the nodes of vector lines

Subject: v.to.sites and v.surf.rst fail near the nodes of vector lines 

Platform: GNU/Linux/i386
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources

v.to.sites and v.surf.rst fail to convert vector lines to sites near the nodes on the vector lines (both closed and open lines).

(Lines were digitized and LABELED in v.digit. d.what.vect reports fine. v.to.rast converts and attaches attributes to resulting cells like it should.)

On the other hand, v.to.sites and v.surf.rast properly convert the vector lines which come from the r.contour output.
