Hi,
another question related to LatLong:
1) user enters odd (?) combination of decimal (only sign) and sexagesimal degree (without N,E,W,S):
r.in.bin input=/hardmnt/guccini0/ssi/beinlich/landcover/sa-goodes-1km-landcover.bsq output=landcover bytes=1 north=13:51 south=-71:52 east=-21:19:30 west=-96:25:30 cols=5632 rows=8016
-> nothing happens, program exists without message, map not imported
--> desired behaviour?
2)
r.in.bin input=/hardmnt/guccini0/ssi/beinlich/landcover/sa-goodes-1km-landcover.bsq output=landcover bytes=1 north=13:51N south=71:52S east=21:19:30W west=96:25:30W cols=5632 rows=8016
Percent Complete: 100%
-> this works ok.
I'm not sure if the first case is acceptable, IMHO r.in.bin should
either quit with error or do something.
Opinions?
Markus
