[GRASS5] small correction for web/i18n.html

Hello,

I don't have write access to the CVS at the moment, so I cannot correct
the problem myself. In the Howto in web/i18n.html it says:

1. get a fresh (!) GRASS 5.7 from CVS  (or 5.7 CVS snapshot which also
requires the 5.3 CVS snapshot)
2. run: 'make pot' to create grass*.pot files (containing original messages)
[...]


this should read

2. cd locale
3. run: 'make pot' to create grass*.pot files (containing original messages)
