Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: CVS
grass binary for platform: Compiled from Sources
GRASS Version: 5.7.0

I failed to configure ODBC library due to the lack of -liconv flag. On cygwin, iconv is a separate library, so -liconv should be specified for ODBC library which requires iconv. I tried to modify configure.in without success; autoconf takes forever! So I'm reporting here.
