[GRASS5] new function does not appear

Hello, 

I added some code written by Glynn in r.series (c_maxx.c and c_minx.c function 
(max_/min_raster)) and compiled it locally what worked fine.

However after I committed it to cvs, updated my local cvs and did 
configure/make..  it does not appear anymore when doing r.series --help or 
adding it to method=

Does somebody else encounter the same problem?

Any idea how to solve that?
