[GRASS5] libgrass_I.so: undefined reference to `I__lastcol_'

I reverted set_window.c in lib/imagery, so it should be fixed.  I could
have sworn I saw the variables defined elsewhere and made them extern.  

Either way, it's not the best place to define them...
