[GRASS5] [bug #3564] (grass) pq.dll error when starting grass using sperafish data

Subject: pq.dll error when starting grass using sperafish data

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass obtained from: Mirror of Trento site
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries

I just downloaded grass oday, and when trying out with the spearfish data, i get an error "application failed to start because pq.dll not found". some old map pic does come up in the back ground but then all shuts down
