[GRASS5] [bug #3572] (grass) sql notes: INSERT INTO - mistake?

I've updated the SQL notes to reflect the new capabilities. I think more
examples are needed to reflect that properly. Can anybody produce examples of

- taking care of NULLs in a select

- 'select...where' ;

- 'alter...add column...', then 'update...set...where' ;

with complex expressions and conditions from spearfish?

With that, I'd consider this issue resolved.
