[GRASS5] Why is r.to.rast3 missing?

Are you sure this exists ?
The only things I can find in the source tree are

r3.to.rast
v.to.rast3
r3.in.rast

By the way, you seem to have replaced mentions of r.to.rast3 in the 
display manager, by links to the latter. See
