[GRASS5] CygwinGRASS-Install-CD and XliveGRASS-CD available for testing

Dear GRASSers,

for the cygwin-support I produced two new features (or bugs?):

1. the XliveGRASS-CD:
GRASS 6.0 running live from CD (of course with less preformance, as always
at LiveCDs) under M$ Windows (based on XliveCD from
http://xlivecd.indiana.edu/ a Cygwin-variety running Live from CD). If you
put spearfish on a USB-Stick or have it on a local drive you can test it.

2. the CygwinGRASS-Install-CD:
Install GRASS 6.0 from CD - based on the binary packages from
http://geni.ath.cx/grass you can use this CD-Image to install cygwin and
GRASS the easy way on M$ Windows.

Have fun testing it - of course no guarantee, ... its V 0.1 and V 0.2 !!
