[GRASS5] 5.4 scripts

Paolo,

Virtually all of the working scripts have been ported to 5.7 You can check
the porting list on the GRASS Wiki for details.

When I ported shade.rel.sh, I renamed it r.shaded.relief to make it easier
to recognize what the script does.
