[GRASS5] [bug #2891] (grass) i.points: mention how to remove or change an undesired point

this bug's URL: http://intevation.de/rt/webrt?serial_num=2891
-------------------------------------------------------------------------

i.points.html should mention how to remove or change an undesired
point, now while entering points, and later, from the previously
written file.

Also maybe there should be a documented way to manipulate the
"status (1=ok)"
field of group/xxx/POINTS files, to "temporarily deactivate points" too.
