[GRASS5] [bug #2948] (grass) cyggdal-1.dll not found

Subject: cyggdal-1.dll not found

Platform: WindowsNT/2000/XP
grass binary for platform: Downloaded precompiled Binaries
GRASS Version: grass 5.7

I just install grass 5.7 and run test spearfish 5.7 data and found error that the system can't not found cyggdal-1.dll file. What is this file? How can i solve problem.
