[GRASS5] Patch for bug#3345 (debian bug#313307)

Hi,

The attached patch should fix bug #3345 (actually g.html2man not escaping
control characters for roff). It seems to do the right thing for me. Please
test and close. I don't know how it should be resolved in the debian
bugtracker. Or in the grass bugtracker, for that matter...
