Added feature to login location/mapset screen

Allow for the deletion of particular mapsets or locations. perhaps even a seprate dialogue for GISDB management allowing these and other features.

this could be a seprate dialogue or merely a button. It would act as a rm -R ~/gisdb/{location|mapset}

This would be yet another means for USERS to quickly munipulate their environment especialy if many imports are causing many new dummy locations.

requires no knowledge of the command line.
